About The Course

We teach practitioners KCR (Kinetic Chain Release), an introduction to CTR (Connective Tissue Massage), Postural Energetics, then full connective tissue release using the Hugh Gilbert method parts one and two.

KCR Kinetic Chain Release protocol, then Introduction to conectibe tissue (myofascial) release the Hugh Gilbert Method, then Postural Energetics, then Connective Tissue Release Part one and then Part two.
